The ultimate love text of the year
One day per year we get to go all out for love. Valentine’s day is the perfect moment to let your big (secret) love know what you feel for them. You can do this the old fashioned way and use a Valentine’s Day card or flowers. But you can also use an anonymous and sweet text message.
Using TextingMessaging’s service, your SMS will be send 100% anonymously. But how does it work? Create your love text through this page. Of course you will need your lover’s phone number. When you are done with the message, pick a fake sender, like “Your Valentine”. The sender’s phone number can be a fake one too (to make it really anonymous ;)). After paying your message will be sent directly. Exciting!
The history of Valentine’s Day
Where did this day of love actually come from? That is not an easy question to answer. It seems to be a melting pot of different (national) traditions that comes from the Christian, Roman and Germanic traditions.
Pope Gelasius named February 14th the holy Valentine in the year 496. So, who is he? Unfortunately we cannot find a clear answer to this, but it seems that this Valentine died as a martyr. Valentine’s Day is also linked to the Roman fertility feast. An old and popular party that sounds a bit more fun to us.
