Use of the service
You may only use our platform to send lawful messages. Harassment, threats, spam, fraud, impersonation, and illegal content are strictly prohibited.
Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed before you pay. Payments are processed through Mollie. After successful payment your SMS is delivered through our telecom gateway.
Delivery
We make best efforts to deliver every message instantly. However, delivery depends on the recipient's carrier and network coverage. We cannot guarantee delivery if the number is invalid, offline, or blocked by the receiver.
Refunds
Because SMS messages are delivered immediately after payment, orders cannot generally be refunded. If a delivery fails due to a fault on our side, contact support for resolution.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the failing SMS order. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
