This means that textingmessaging.com only provides the technical infrastructure and platform for sending messages, but does not determine the purpose and means of processing personal data. The user who sends a message via our platform is the controller for the content of that message and any personal data included therein. The user determines the purpose of the message, its content, the recipient's phone number and all other data included in the message. textingmessaging.com has no influence on, nor responsibility for, the content of messages sent by users.
3. What personal data we process
